I only made 2 of these and our own min pin dog was the model. He was bad! 
I still have mine. It is cotton knit and lined and measures about 16 x 16 inches with a 42 inch comfy strap to either hang from the shoulder or wear cross body. Lined cotton with 2 pockets for keys and things you don't want falling to the bottom of your bag. 
I embroidered a little of his face over the knit, he is bad but sweet!
