This strange bird has been embroidered on fabric, the beaded part measures about 3.5 x 6.75 inches and the cord on each side 10 inches, closes with gold color lobster claw. I used a tapestry fabric and orange brown satin scraps, the beads are in gold, mauve and orange with a shell button for a belly. 
All edges are beaded and treated to prevent fraying. 
All jewelry comes in box or bag for storage and/or gift giving.
